Can't Get to Opening Screen Keeps Rebooting
Well, I watched a friend load it on an Micron and it went in flawlessly.
I have a IBM ThinkCentre M50
Intel P4 2.8G
1Gb Ram
Intel Pro/100 Ve
Soundmax Integrated Sound
ACPI Uniprocessor
Intel 8556 graphics Integrated
I load the disk and press any key and it reboots, Press F8 at boot: -s .. System reboots.. Tried F8 and typing different kernel names same think reboot.
ANY HELP would be appreciated

Looks great but not sure about your video, you need to install a patched kernel like speedstep or voodoo.

I do have another video card I can stick in .. an NVIDIA Quadro FX.

Well, the different video card did not work either...
so

Is there somewhere I can find a tutorial on doing that ? I tried what I thought was it .. Press F8 then at boot prompt type kernel name and press enter.

Nah you have to install again, then after press install, press customize:

I don't even get that far.. I get a few lines of opening code then it reboots. When my friend did his micron, it went right straight to the part you showed.
Oh, the only distribution I have is the Kalyway 10.5.2

Aw thats odd, do you have IDE HDD? did you try using another distro? like leo4all or ideneb? btw if this is a HT processor try to disable it

Yes, a brand new IDE HDD .. Not a HT processor..
Guess I'll have to look for the other distro's .. THis is what I get over and over with the Kaly, no matter which kernel I select
(except the kernel name is different)
