well i dont really mind what version of osx as long as it is either lepord or snow lepord and i want to dual boot with windows 7

I have a similar configuration and I tried most of those distro and there was always a problem. I installed Snow leopard with Rebel EFI and it worked pretty good. Also I've installed Windows 7 and both systems are working very well.

But this is my experience!
