I can't install 10.4.8, and the iDeneb said the disc is dirty, cleaned it and it wont work. Here is my specs:

Machine name: XAVIER-PC
Operating System: Windows Vista™ Home Premium (6.0, Build 6001) Service Pack 1 (6001.longhorn_rtm.080118-1840)
Language: English (Regional Setting: English)
System Manufacturer: Hewlett-Packard
System Model: HP Pavilion dv5 Notebook PC
BIOS: Default System BIOS
Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) X2 Dual-Core QL-60 (2 CPUs), ~1.9GHz
Memory: 2814MB RAM
This is exactly from my dxdiag.txt

Please let me know where to get the correct .iso and / or what I do to the .iso. TYSM If you can help me out and if this works!!!

Ok. i reburned iDeneb to a disc, and it wont boot up, just said for me to restart the computer.... and I really want to use iPhone SDK... Any other ideas? Like I said, where to find the .iso or what I do to help it run. Thanks!!!
