    You dont really need to install retail version, you can try like me and other install a distro, which is the same but with kext (drivers) to be complatible with your computer.

    The commands are not complex at all just type what he said and thats it, anyway. you can try some distro and after sometime you can try retail :p

    There lots of distro that you can use, maybe you can install it in your actual computer, we can help you if you post your full specs.

    i was hoping witha retail disc you can do updates without the computer getting ruined. and im thinking of doing this in 5 years time if its still available. maybe then ill have the money. thanks
    also on that guide it says
    This guide assumes you can, and have, booted the retail Leo disc and installed to a GPT disk.

    I can update, without any script and Im not using retail @.@

    About your pc seems like it gonna work, download iatkos v5i or iPC 10.5.6 and good luck
