Default Boot from DVD: nothing happens

    Hi there,

I tried installing ideneb 1.3.10.5.5 on my computer, but I have some problems to do so. After starting the computer, the DVD is read: When I don't enter any special params the apple logo will appear on the screen, but nothing happens then. No dvd activity, no hdd activity, just nothing. So I decided to boot with the verbose param. After some check, ideneb shows something like "**** MB used", the cursor keeps blinking but nothing happens afterwards..

Here are some specs of my system:
CPU Intel Pentium IV, 1,8Ghz (=SSE2)
MB: Medion (=noname) - no more info for that
    RAM: 1024 MB Kingston SD

Could you give me some hints what I could check?

Have you tried using -f option ? It might be trying to start the modules for a different processor .

I just tried using the -f param but there is no difference using -f or just skip all params.
