Blue screen of installation hang on iPC X-DL installation
Hi everyone, I had a problem with my laptop with Hackintosh. Mine spec is S7211 Fujitsu laptop where the details can be find here
LifeBook S7211 - Detailed Specs : FUJITSU Singapore
The problems are:
1. In this laptop, it tends to have random chances of kernel panic, even though using -x mode is better.(It is still possible to crash, just rare) during boot in LiveDVD.
2. So far I had never reach to the live part yet because after specifying my RamDisk size (Which is blank, default), it return to prompt after a few seconds.
3. I have a successful installation on this distro on my laptop, however, when it boots, it crash during the installation screen (Blue screen)
"Workarounds": 1. use the -s mode.
Done by Step 1.1) /sbin/fsck -fy (One time ok, no repeat)
1.2) /sbin/mount -uw /
1.3) cd /Library/Preferences
1.4) rm com.apple.loginwindow.plist (No such file / directory found)
1.5) rm com.apple.windowserver.plist (No such file / directory found)
1.6) cd /Library/Caches
1.7) rm -r *
1.8) cd /System/Library
1.9) rm Extensions.kextcache (No such file / directory found)
1.10) cd /System/Library/Caches
1.11) rm - r *
1.12) reboot
Result: Nothing change. Still crash during boot
Step 2: Using -f boot option
Result: Nothing change. Still crash during boot
Step 3: Using "GraphicsMode"=640*480*32
Result: Nothing change. Still crash during boot
I am really out of ideas, can anyone help me?
Additional Info: The common point is that the verbose mode makes no differences. I didnt see anything wrong (Maybe i am wrong, but...) and the boot screen takes a long time to load.
There is a patch for iPC OSx86 Universal ISO at RapidShare: Easy Filehosting for Intel GMA ones. Do I need it? (And how to patch that if needed.)
I am willing to accept reinstallation. Maybe someone should make a guide for user with this situation.

Thank you for your reply after days.
1, I try to use my desktop monitor (Philips 17 inch) and I got blue screen again. (I got the photo)
2, If the first part do not work, then does that mean this part wont work because it seemed to involved tricking the OS thought that an external montitor was plugged in or sort. Correct me if I am wrong, please.
What I have choosen / selected for installation:
Fixes & Patches
1. FireWire Mount Fix
2. IOUSBMassStorage Fix
3. SATA Drive Icon Fix (New)
4. Dual Boot Time Sync
5. IOPCMCIA Family
6. Shutdown/Restart Fix
7. UUID Error Fix
8. Carbonlib Fix
PS/2 Device Support
1. PS/2 Keyboard Fix (Both internal keyboard and mouse uses PS/2)
DSDT Patches
1. Patch DSDT
I have also selected relavant drivers like installing only Intel GMA X3100 and not others etc. If the external monitor way does not work, does it mean that some drivers / patches are selected wrongly? Please help......

I dont think your problem is the patches, that u select, the problem is your video driver, google it and you'll how lots of people have problem with this one, theres even thread for unlucky ppl who never get it working, now did you try the paper clip trick? and another thing did you try to boot in safe mode?

I see, I have tried safe mode and verbose mode before, just not the paper clip yet (I yet to get one.)
Just to confirm, the paper clip trick is actually using bent paper clip and plug it into the external display port (Like VGA) right?
