With that mobo you should be able to get the installation, whats the error? did you change your SATA Support to AHCI and enable XD BIT, try to disable onboard stuff like lan and audio, and try again.
if you can get the installation try with those distros this:
PPL report success with ideneb but I dont know if they MOD the BIOS, and report back if you have any issues

Hi,
Thanks for the tips. I tried installing with AHCI and using cpus=1 and it worked.
Now it's installed.
After that I couldn't boot in, so I fixed the boot with Vista CD and then installed easybcd, created a boot for macos and now I see the two options.
Then I try to boot into MacOS, if I don't use cpus=1 I get stuck.
If I use cpus=1 then I see the Apple and the write screen, with the icon rotating but it didn't leave in about 10 mins so I decided to boot back into Vista.
Any ideas?
Thanks!

Hey,
Thanks again for helping me. I get the same result using AHCI and XD Bit in my bios as I get with normal configuration, except that when I turn AHCI on I can't boot vista so I have to turn it off to boot Vista.
I took a picture of my screen when I do -v cpus=1

Any ideas?
Thanks!

Yeah you have to change to AHCI between OS, did you customize your installation? and what distro did you use?

Icchansan,
I just did a plain install. Figured I'd give that a try before I started customizing.
The one that worked with cpus=1 was iAtkos 5i
I also have Kalyway, Leo4All v3 and JaS 10.5.4
Should I try to reinstall customized? Which distro?
Thanks
