    Default Asus P5E: (Kalyway And Iatkos) Help!!!

    Hello
    Tried to install Kalyway 10.5.2. (chameleon 1.0.11 patch) and Iatkos 10.5.5. , but with no luck.

    Kalyway error message:
    The installer could not validate the contents of the ´Essentials´ package...

    Iatkos error:
    Just keep loading at the grey screen with the apple logo in the middle.

    Hello,

    I have an ASUS P5E and I'm trying to install iatkos 5i but I allways get the white screen with apple logo after installation and it does not go any further after that. How did you fixed yours?

    Default boot troubles

    I am running a P5E as well but can't get it to boot into the install disc. I have made the changes in my bios settings that were different from chrisbo's and the dvd drive is setup to boot first.

    Asus P5E
    intel core2duo e8400
    8GB (4x2GB) G.SKILL DRR2800
    Samsung DVD drive
    Nvidia GTX285
    Seagate 80GB SATA Drive

    i've seen a little bit saying that there is a different 285 for macs with a larger bios chip but i've seen posts since then that say they now work.

    Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance
