I wanna install Snow Leopard on to my machine, and from waht i read, i need a lot to do it since i am running an amd processor.

First i need to install Leopard to di it. On if this is true then i came to the right place. Second if i do need to install leopard, do i really have to do all the hack work on a mac. If i dont need to do it on a mac, do i still have to do that hack work? The one thing that is holding me back on all this process is that i cant find a single person w a mac in my area that i live. I can downlaod the files i need, and do the work needed, i just will screw it up.

so in other i need some help, to get pointed in the right direction.
