Amd 955 x4 BE + MSI 790fx-gd iatkos v7... PLz help...
Hi,
I have been on this for a couple of days now trying different techniques. I started off with trying to install with win 7 already on
my pc. Boot complications just made me completely remove it all
and start fresh through disk utility in the dvd setup.. Mind u the only way i seem to boot the dvd is by cpus=1 and busratio=20.. now i have partitioned it in 3's with 1 as macosx (extended journaled) then 2 as win 7 (ms-dos fat) 3 as xp (ms-dos fat). I have tried many different ways in customizing my installation but none seem to work yet... My main prob atm is that once installed i remove the cd and the cham... V2 boot shows then it will hang on the apple logo. Mind u i had done other attemps which had caused rebbots or errors etc but this is the closest to success.. Now i've been told to run safe mode etc from pressing f8 which sounds logical yet when i do and run the commands it will still load the startup cd and i cant seem to adjust settings for my main installtion.. This i beleive is the only problem and i have set bios to ahci for my drives and also tried with ide etc.. Any idea to solving this problem will greatly be appreciated... And yes i have looked around on the forums on numerous sites without a clear straight forwards answer to this situation... Thanks in advance

Configure boot?
Ok i finally realized that the chameleon boot load has the boot options there except it doesnt let u know till u type something in.. All is good now with graphics drivers and wireless drivers working fine.. My final problem is that everytime i want to boot into mac i have to set busratio=20 otherwise my system just keeps rebooting.. Is there a way to intergrate that command as the standard defualt upon normal boot so i dont have to keep rebooting then waiting till i need to press a key the type that in every time?

Hi there,
Glad to hear you got it and welcome to the pack
Yes, you can put that bootflag in com.apple.Boot.plist so don't have to type in every time. I need to run now so if you still need help with this then I will write down the code for you.
Regards
