I am at my wits end. I have installed iDeneb and iPC on other computers. However when I try to install it on my rig, the boot stalls when the Apple logo goes away and an other grey screen appears (from my experience it is when the desktop starts to initialize).

System Specs
Dell Dimension 4600 with A12 BIOS
Pentium 4 3.2Ghz HT 1MB L2
3Gigs DDR (Dual Channel)
ATI Radeon HD 3650 AGP with 1 Gig DDR3 with Dual Monitors connected
Creative Labs Audigy 2 ZS
1 2TB SATA HD
1 500 Gig SATA HD
1 200 Gig PATA HD
1 80GB PATA HD

When I try to install it on the 80GB I have tried everything I can think of
Removed memory so only 1GB remains
Removed Sound Card and turned on the onboard one
removed all HD's except for the 80.
I disabled Hyperthreading in the BIOS

Any ideas?
The only thing I haven't tried it change out the Video Card and processor
