I am trying to install iAtkos v7 on my pc but I cannot get it to boot into the install software.
The problem is that it complains about something with the acpi, I tried every bios setting which had to do with acpi [enable/disable] and I couldn't get it to boot.
Also I have tried several boot options like: -v -x acpi=off platform=X86PC arch=i386 maxmem=2048 .... etc but no success.
My hardware consists of these parts:
- Amd phenom x4 955 (3,2ghz)
- 8gb ram(2x kingston 2gb, 2x geil 2gb) I also tried booting with only the kingston memory or the geil memory. (yeah I use 2 vendors.. had the kingstons lying around ^^ )
- Asrock deluxe 3 mainboard (amd 890fx chipset) (sata3 ports)
- 1tb samsung hdd (sata)

I also tried booting with nawcom's modcd (which got me this far). If I do not use his cd my pc reboots instantly.
Also I tried a iso from Hazard (osx 10.6.2) which I got the same results with,
Can someone please help me figure this out?
