Acer Aspire One installed with OS X (iAtkos 7) installed no longer boots up??

I just get a spinning circle under a silver apple logo on a grey screen.....which spins on forever and doesn't start up

I must have pressed something or done something whilst starting up because it had been working fine for a year or so

It says something about an error involving Failed to load extension com.apple.driver.AppleACPIPS2Nub

Help appreciated please

Guess some files corrupted.
You can do -x -v -f to see if you can get into OSX to replace files.

Thank you for your help but that didn't work unfortunately

I have important files on the Hard Drive so how do I access them if the Acer won't boot up?
