I am new to all of this, and i really dont understand all that much. Like adding kext's and what not.

Im trying to boot to the boot-132 at the bottom of the first post to start the installation. I have follows all the instructions for updating my bios. current verion 0403. Also have all the settings that currently match that post.

When trying to boot, I am gettin an error.
isolinux 3.63: Image Checksum error, sorry.
Boot failed: press any key and try again.

I thought maybe the file i downloaded was bad. so i download it again and also from another pc. Burned it out using the slowest possible speed. Same error.

current rig setup.
asus p6t
icore 7 920
6 gig ddr3
500 gig Seagate sata 2.
9800 gtx
ide dual layer dvd burner.

I have no addtional hardware. The hard drive is brand new. I tried this with a partition on it and without one. Is there something I am missing or something i am not doing right? Could someone steer me in the right direction.

You are using the right guide. Patience and attention to detail are key.

Sign up for the free account and then wait for the "download now" box to show up.
It's a pain but it works.

I haven't got past DSDT Patching and EFI partition setup, but at least OS X is running.
Graphics, Sound and LAN should be interesting.

Success with the iPC OSx86 on another home-build made me bold, but loading kexts and patches and stuff are a trip.
I'll keep you posted with my progress.
