Hi I just got a replacement iphone from Apple and want to restore it with the backup contacts and photos on my itunes but also want to unlock it as well, i dont want to jailbreak it though. Please Help me.

You cannot unlock without jailbreaking. Not, "there must be a way", not "but someone told me once.."

You cannot unlock without jailbreaking. You can, however, still restore info to your phone via iTunes after you jailbreak.
