Repair Needed , when I try to HW unlock, iunew says "Spamming AT.." Help..

Hello,

I have an iphone with the firmware 1.1.4 . The iPhone regularely says "repair needed". I tried all software sollutions, but nothing was successful.. I still receive the same message.. I have no connection ( i also can't call *#307#.. no response :S ), no wifi, no bluetooth, no sounds, nothing

So i heard that the only sollution is hw unlock (or a new communication board).

When i run ienew on terminal, it says

"# ienew
Resetting the Baseband...Done
Opened: /dev/tty.baseband
iEraser for 112OTB: tool by geohot
Waiting for data..."

And iunew stops at;

"Spamming AT, waiting for a response"

I would be very gratefull, if somnebody could help me

what happends if u update to 2.2.1?

If i update to 2.2.1 i receive error messages on iTunes.

I'm sure you've tried this already, but I've fixed a couple repair needed iphones with a simple restore.
