Hi all. I have had a 3GS brought to me to 'fix'. The user just gets the USB cable to iTunes image on the screen. I have 'done' many devices before but this one has me stumped. Each time I try to restore it fails.

This is the info on the phone:

iPhone 3GS
Firmware 4.1
Baseband 06.15.00-6.2_M3S2

Cant restore (holding shift) to 3.1 in itunes as it says that the firmware is not compatible.

Please any help on this would be fantastic! Cheers.
