You might want to provide a bit more info.

Bricked is generally a useless term as it does not give any technical background as to the real problem.

I tryed to download itunes and when it came back up it said I have a sim card that was not supported. and the phone will only let me dail 911. my # is (214)243-3051

Sounds like you accidentally updated your iPhone OS. If you use a non official carrier and rely on software unlock you should be very careful about upgrading and research it well before attempting each update.

Use redsn0w 0.9.2 to jailbreak your 3G. There are good guides at iClarified. You probably have lost unlock (worst case no unlock for the near future)

Do step one, then skip step two and proceed from step three with the following guide

That will jailbreak and hacktivate your phone
