1.1.2 OTB Unlock error: Repair needed. Iphone Cannot make or receive calls

Hi there! help!

I just try the hardware unlock but in the middle of the process my iphone just shut down itself!

Now i can restore 1.1.2 but im getting this error: "Repair needed. Iphone Cannot make or receive calls" and i can't jailbreak my iphone it doesn't allow me to touch the dial pad numbers to enter *#301#!!!!!!!

plz help!!!!!!!!!

for the moment i got no solution i am in the same spot as you are
ive tried lots of stuff and none has worked
but what have you tried so far?

Im in the same boat...and after a day of searching here....there doesnt seem to be any solution if u cant restore the phone........its a brick!......im gonna try going to the apple store.

But hoping there is a solution i missed. Anyone?

Search in the forums for "no IMEI after testpoint" , maybe it will work with you too

i had the same problem mate i tried several procedures and nothing ,what i did ...restore to 1.1.3 and now i'm wishing the jerrysim to be out and working for all of us 4.6bl owners

and if that does.t happen the say thanks to zibree!

Yep, I got the same problem because I f***** up terminal command during Geohotz' unlock... So, restore to 1.1.3 can be the way how to make the phone at least somehow work?

I had the same problem on my 1.1.2 week 50 iphone and i solved this problem getting a 2nd iphone and switching the commboards. Look at this thread: http://www.hackint0sh.org/forum/show...ight=week+IMEI

I am stuck with the same problem because i forgot to disable wireless function while unlocking a OTB 1.1.2 just after type the command geounlock on prompt. Then all freeze and when i boot up and try to get back to downgrade 1.1.1 , it appears "Repair needed. iPhone cannot make or receive calls.

Before 1.1.4 was released, i updated to 1.1.3 and downgrading it to 1.1.1 I got the telephone pad working again but after upgrading in the right way to 1.1.2 and trying to unlock, i lost the ability to make calls... It seems that this page will be helpfull...

So I did the tutorial in the last post i mentioned. No message of "Incorrect SIM
Insert an unlocked and valid SIM to activate iPhone." or "Repair needed.
iPhone cannot make or receive calls.
www.apple.com/support" are appearing anymore.

I am with an OTB 1.1.2 and modem 4.02.13_G, but it is still not making calls. I am from Brazil... I already install iWorld but it isnt working with another sim card.
I type a phone and the call fails.

What do I do? Is it Bricked? No telephone function anymore?
