Hi - good work - thanks for sharing it with everyone else.

Can I clarify though, is this *only* for laptops or should it also work with desktop GMA950, and is this using the 10.5.1 AppleIntelIntegratedFrameBuffer?

I've not had any success with my Gigabyte GI-8i945GMF and thought I'd ask before dabbling further with the defaults.

Tryed this on my toshiba a105-s4384 with no success(used standard kext loading method), graphic artifacts still apparent on my 10.5.0 brazilmac install

I've got HP 6710b, but nothing works for me. Managed to install EFI and vanila kernel .
Not sure why Natit does not work for me.
Upgraded to 10.5.1, no problem, but still need to use external monitor.
Also no sound, Network, and WiFi :-(

Is there any chance someone could post a link to or some instructions on how these patches/fixes are applied. I have performed google searches looking for such instructions but have only found similar posts; people indicating that by applying such patches they were able to get laptops with the GMA X3100 adapter working but like this post none of them have any reference to instructions on how to apply such patches or fixes

I have an IBM T61 laptop (type 6464-CTO) which has an integrated Intel GMA X3100 adapter. The installation goes through without a hitch using IATKOS R2 but after the reboot it just stops loading and I left with a grep apple logo and a frozen loading icon and an intermittent mouse cursor - I see nothing further

I do not know what the problem is but I do know that people have had difficulty in getting the X3100 adapter to work properly

No chance for GMA 900, GMA 3000 and GMA X3000
