WLAN cards
Hey all, this may be a silly question, but havent been able to find an answer anywhere.
I have a hackintosh HP Pavilion dv2000, and I used the XxX distro to install it. Got the video, sound etc working perfectly. Only problem I have is wifi. currently using a wifi usb dongle as I have a mini pci express intel 3945abg card installed (I know there are as yet no working drivers for this).
My question is this, can you replace the card with another that works with OSX from the hardware compatibilty list? I know its easy enough to do, but Im unsure whether my laptop BIOS would accept it, and I wondered if anyone has tried it?
any help or feedback on this issue kindly received!
