Default Will run in my laptop? I can not test. I'm away from the lappie.

    Hi guys.
I'm currently in USA but I'm from Brazil.
My laptop is there, I can't test it

I'm willing to buy a MacMini if Hackintosh doesnt work in my laptop, but I would prefer it running under my laptop since the hardware is much better.

So I would need to know now if its going to work or not, so I could buy a MacMini while I'm in USA (MUCH cheaper).

My laptop is an Asus F8Va
    Intel Core2Duo T9400 (2.53ghz)
ATI Radeon HD3650 Mobility or something like that
Chipset I think is Intel PM45
4gb ram/320gb hdd but I think it doesnt matter

What do you guys think? Will it run?
I would need any kind of network (wired or not) and video support (for high resolutions, not necessarily 3d acc)
Dont care about audio for exemple.

Thank you very much in advanced.

Seems like it should work, theres driver for your video, you have any idea about your lan/wifi chipset?

    thank you for your answer

Wi-Fi: Intel WiFi Link 5100 AGN
LAN: Realtek RTL8168/8111 PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Adapter

If it doesnt work, is it possible to use an USB wifi adapter or something like that?
Or is there a possibility that USB wouldnt work also?

what about Intel PM45 chipset? is it supported?

Sure theres driver for your LAN, you can find them in almost every single distro out there, about your wifi, not sure I think theres no drivers yet, check the HCL to know which one you can get for about $10 or more.

Yeh I think theres no problem with your chipset

my friend has the exactly same notebook as mine and is trying to install ideneb 1.4

he says it copies the files but when its going to boot it stays at apple logo screen and nothing happens

would that be chipset incompatibility or something like that?
