Will the HP DV6-1030 be able to run hackintosh ?
I was going to post some info on this model but the site didn't tell me exactly what model the components such as lan/wireless is. So yeah need some help.

Did you ever get this working? I've been trying serveral configs in the last few days and all goes well until reboot, when it panics, although I've not been able to determine what the cause it.

i hav the same laptop
i hav this laptop and i got it all installed but it always says i have to reboot. wats frusterateing is that it keeps saying i have to reboot even after i jus did! i loaded using -v and it says somthing like panic cpu =1 blah blah blah. i checked up online it seems like i hav to boot using a different kernel or somthin, but that doesnt seem to work for alot of people tho.
any suggestions

I'm very interested in doing this. I was able to install using Iatkos and guessing the things i should choose and had wifi working, but had to use usb mouse and keyboard and after reboot it wouldnt completely start up. anyone have any advice? im at a loss as to what to choose when i install. thanks in advance
