I have a stack of old laptops and PCs sitting around and I'd love to hackint0sh one up. I like to do my homework before I start a project, and while the stickied hardware combo thread at the top of this subforum is great, it's not 100%.

There are also several mentions of an HCL -=in=- that thread, but for the life of me, I can't find it in any of the forums and using the search feature. It seems like a Hardware Compatibility List would be stickied at the top of the Hardware forum, and updated on a regular basis.

So where is it? I will gladly update it with my findings as well.
