Hi everyone.

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this question. But I think it may be hardware related.

I have a 10.5.1 install from Kalyway's install DVD. I'm using the onboard video on an Asus P5GC-MX/1333 mobo.

The issue I'm having is if I do certain things in the finder, such as click a file, then click again to rename it, the cursor leaves a kind of trail. It's like a single cursor just painted on the screen.

And when that happens, a little black block appears up near the Apple logo.

Only some applications are effected by this as well in different ways.

So does this sound like a video card issue? I'd hate to upgrade if I don't have to, but I will.

Could it be a driver issue?

I was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem or has any advice?
