Default Video Card for Boot 132 Vanilla Install

I am buying my hardware to make the installation of OS X from a OEM copy of 10.5 as seamless and as easy as possible. To that end I have acquired a Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L MB, an E8400 Core 2 Duo, 8GB of Patriot RAM, and a VelociRaptor 300GB drive. Now I need a video card.

I have been looking at the GeForce 8800GT and was wondering if this was the best way to go. I want to make sure I get a card that works with the vanilla install, and can still support an HP LP2475w 24in IPS monitor. I need the video card mainly for photo editing and for designing software, so it does not need to be a xxxx fps speed demon to support the latest games. However, I would like to to be as performant as possible in case I do ever load a game on this machine.

So, what video card would best match this wish list?

Two other side questions. Is there a way to add bluetooth support to this configuration for use with a keyboard and mouse? And, do I need to pay attention to the optical drive for compatibility with this setup, or will pretty much anything work?
