Exclamation Trouble installing - Loop Issue

Downloaded the torrent, used the disk utility and formatted the SATA drive to the Mac file System (HFS), and the install went flawlessly.

Problem occurs aftet the series of Welome signs, I get to the setup your keyboard, I do all that and says it identified the keyboard, identifies, then goes to the file transfer screens, so I didnt have anything to transfer so i went to No thank you and it sat idle for about 3 minutes, then screen goes gray, and then the Welcome stuff again and then the keyboard setup screen again

Here's the aystem I am installing it to.

    System Model:

    Dell Inc. Dell DM051
System Service Tag: BG3MN81 (support for this PC)
    Chassis Serial Number: BG3MN81
    Enclosure Type: Mini-Tower

    System Board:

    Board: Dell Inc. 0RD203
    Serial Number: ..CN6986158H223B.
    Bus Clock: 800 megahertz
    BIOS: Dell Inc. A07 01/08/2007

    Videoisplay
    Intel(R) 82801G (ICH7 Family) Ultra ATA Storage Controllers - 27DF
    Intel(R) 82801GB/GR/GH (ICH7 Family) Serial ATA Storage Controller - 27C0
    Primary IDE Channel [Controller] (2x)
Secondary IDE Channel [Controller] RADEON X300 SE 128MB HyperMemory [Display adapter]
    Default Monitor

    Sound:
    SigmaTel High Definition Audio CODEC

    Network:

    Intel(R) PRO/100 VE

2 GB DDR2 Ram, 80 Gig Seagate SATA hard drive.

So, is there something that is not compatible that is causing this? I am using a standard dell Keyboard and mouse as well.

Any help would be appreciated, cause I would like to at least test the Mac OS before deciding on actually buying a Mac.
