do you know anybody, if is possible to use USB on Time Capsule for sync an iPhone? It is working for charging, but i am trying to find out some special utility or hacks firmware of TC to enable this feature.

The Airport/Time capsule firmware has not yet been successfully modified. Some of the firmware upgrading process is understood but not enough yet to allow custom firmware.

As far as I understand it, the iPhone does not by default make the media partition available via the normal USB / mass storage profile that all external USB hard disks and flash drives generally adhere to.

The usb drive sharing feature of time capsule/airport only works with drives formatted as FAT32 or HFS+ that support mass storage profile.

There is a hack which involves reserving a portion of the iPhone's total storage space and making it available as a mass storage device.
