    Default Screen Freeze

    Hi Guys,

    I have problem in installing kalyway 10.5.2 and iDeneb 10.5.6 on my machine,
    The screen freezes at the apple screen before the installation begins.

    My PC:
    Processor: pentium 4, 3 GHZ, LGA775
    Motherboard: Asus P5KPL-AM/PS.
    Ram: 2 GB DDR2 kingston.

    google hardware compatability list for Mac OS...and check if your processor or MB is even supported. Also I would suggest geting "iPC PFF5 Final 10.5.6 OSx86". Another thing to try is when about to load try using command line like -v -x -f seprately.

    Hope this help. and remember this is all trial and error so dont think you will get everything working in one go.

    Well I think you need to MOD your BIOS to get better support, you can get your BIOS MOD here, good luck ;D

    You need to boot CPU=1, and if it has HT on the chip, then you will need to use the voodoo kernel.
