Hey guys

I'm new on here, planning to build myself a spanking new Hackintosh with GA-EP45-DS3 mobo and a Core 2 Quad Q9550 processor... am completely new to this though so trying to figure it out. So I'll probably be plundering your expert brains a bit in the next few weeks (after searching!).

The main thing I'm wondering at the moment is I'd like to make my new beast as quiet as possible, so planning on getting a quiet/eco-friendly PSU, maybe the Antec Quattro 850. But am also thinking about changing the CPU fan on that mobo for a heatsink. Have heard about coolermasters... Has anyone have any recommendations for PSUs/Heatsinks, and are there any issues I should be aware of with any of that gear?

Can't find much on the forum about noise levels.. I guess it doesn't bother a lot of people but it bothers me
