Will this config work? 9800GTX+ card

Here is my setup. I'm hoping to go with a retail install.

GIGABYTE GA-EP45-UD3P
Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 Wolfdale 3.0GHz
CORSAIR 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400)
EVGA 512-P3-N879-AR GeForce 9800 GTX+ 512MB

My main concern is the GTX+ card.
If anyone can point me in the direction of instructions for this card it would be greatly appreciated.

Looks great, yeah it will work, here some guys use that card, you can always google it anyway, but works good luck :D
