subnotebook/netbook with 4GB RAM for hackintosh

This will be my first hackintosh. Please give recommendations.
At work I have a MB-Air, but I cannot take that on holidays.

It will be a looong summertrip, machine must be very light-weighted. ~1kg.
3/4GB RAM (or more) is a must. Should run 10.6.2 / 10.6.3 if possible.

Which hardware do you suggest?
Who currently is (will be) winning the compatibility contest?
I do not have to buy right now yet, just want to get prepared.

I know that this question is not very original. Just point out a comparison chart to me, please. I could only find a 2008-one.
