is my hardware compatible? Help plz!

Hi, Please help me, asap i need to know if my hardware is compatible, i need dual boot (Mac OSx 10.5.7 & Windows 7 or XP) on my pc, this is my hardware:

Motherboard: Intel DP55WB
Processor: Core i3 (540)
DDR3 2gb Kingstone
Hard Drive: 320 gb Seagate 7200 RPM

It these compatible? which 'software' should i use (IDeneb, IAKtos, Etc) ?

I am by no means a pro, I have only hackintoshed twice and it was a while ago, but I have some advice. Get iBoot and a retail DVD (dirt cheap only 30!) and run that, see how it works. If necessary you might need to get some drivers but maybe not, give it a try. Soon I will be trying on a similar system, its got an Intel board too.
