Which MOBO for all the reasons listed?

Have my CPU picked out, the Sandy E 3930k, and I'm most likely getting the ASUS, 8 dimm's, quad channel memory for audio production in 64x mode.

What do you guys predict will be the best pick for the following reasons:

1: Best for Overclocking?

2: Will be most popular and easy for installing legitimate retail Mac OS with? Kind of like the 2600k and P67A UD3.

3. Best BIOS and OC'ing options?
The Gigabyte UD5 has a cool button for OC'ing on the back, simply click to turn off OC settings and return to normal if not using audio/video programs, then click back on before booting next time around.
