Seems compatible not so sure about your video card, try checking in netkas site or nvidia, try using a guide for a core i7 system and report back your progress
I installed Snow Leopard on my Toshiba Model Name: L305-S5885 and it works fine, except the wireless LAN but the ethernet is working fine.
