Hi everyone,
I'm new to this and trying to install iAtkos v7 (10.5.7) on my HP NC8000 laptop which has the intel 82801 chipset and Pentium M 1.8Ghz processor and 2GB ram. I have burn't the iso but the software I'm using only burns a 4x speed and I keep getting the "Could not Validate contents of 10.5.7 intel package when I try to install or verify the disc.
I have looked in some posts and seems like a bad burn so wondered if anyone could recommend a windows app to burn it slower?

What software did you to burn the disc? Nero should be ok tho. you can always try another soft or ask a friend to do it for you. Now you can try with 4x or 8x.
Whats your video card btw?
Thanks for that I tried Nero and still no good so I copied the ISO to another machine and burned exactly the same way and it works perfectly :spinme
So must be a slightly dodgy burner maybe???
Anyway now I have everything working except my wireless which I have not even begun to look at but hey its good so far :D

Whats your wifi chipset?
I've a iATKOS_7i DVD but it too much scratch so i need a new one so I copy it using clone cd then i try to install and i' got this problem
As you can see he burn it somewhere else without problem
