[Hardware] Keyboard&Mouse can`t change setting

After installing update Leopard 10.5.2 I can`t to change the setting keyboard and mouse in "System setting"
Click on "Keyboard&Mouse" and... nothing - Empty window

Moved to right area.

In Kalyway if you using system in other language without English, this preferences doesn't work.

We search some sollution for this.
