I'd like to build a hackintosh myself that match the specs of the most expensive uncustomized mac desktop.
3.06GHz Intel Core 2 Duo (I think those are all the same..)
4 GB Ram (2x2)
1TB Internal Hard Drive, 1TB External
Anyways, what I'm curious is what are the best parts to build a highly functioning Hackintosh? :confused:
I have that specifications running in a Intel DG31prl, with a 2.93 Core 2 duo, 4gb ram, 1.3 tb - 2 * 512gb sata + 1 * 300 gb Ata - witha a Ati HD3870 using IDeneb 1.4, almost all work from the box, except USB and Audio, using OSX86 tools solved and now fully working with FCP and a couple of games rocking the world. :)
