Best release for my hardware?

Ok,
I just got an iBook G4 from my brother-in-law and it made me realize how much I missed OS X. I want to make my desktop a Hackintosh using my spare 250GB HD. What is the best release to use for my hardware?

• AMD Phenom II X2 550 BE
• ECS GF8200A Motherboard (NVIDIA GeForce8200 Series/NVIDIA MCP78S Single Chipset)
• IDT 92HD206 Audio
• Realtek RTL8111 LAN
• Sapphire Radeon HD5770
• ATI TV Wonder 600 PCIe (doesn't have to work)
• USB Keyboard/Mouse

I'd like Lion since I will probably end up using it at work in the near future (have to write some mobile apps for iOS at some point) but Snow Leopard would be fine too.
I've tried to boot iATKOS v7 Leopard and I can't get past the Apple screen (grey).

I've tried iAtkos L2 but it reboots after it loads everything during boot. Still showin the iAtkos L screen (before the OS X instaler). Should I try iAtkos S3?

Anyone actually post here?
