It needs to have at least:
4GB Ram
16 inch screen or higher (Widescreen is a must)
2.0GHz Dual Core (Intel)
Webcam (that works)
120GB Hard drive or higher.

Everything needs to work. QE/CI, WiFI, Ethernet, Sound, USB etc..

And it needs to be under $600 dollars
