Default [Power Management] Help with special power options of laptops

My laptop has an internal bluetooth dongle. Sadly to turn it on there seems to be a special method which I do not understand. Acer has a special ePower Manager program which will light up the Bluetooth LED and thus turn it on. Thus the conclusion is turn the LED on turn bluetooth on.

Ubuntu had to develop special support for this and it seem to be for all these laptops AND IS FOR WIRELESS as well.

So calling all the people out there that have one of these and have overcome this problem with especially bluetooth or wireless, could you please help.

To other people who understand the problem but do not have one of these laptops, which kext would do this or could do this. I imagine it is either a power management kext or USB kext.

I couldn't turn on my bluetooth dongle on my diy hackintosh too. It shows in preferences but the "turn on" button is greyed out. I finally could when I select a file and press "command+shift+B" to beam the file via bluetooth. at that point the os realising that bluetooth is off would ask you if you want to turn it on. you turn it on and voila! it's on.... hope this helps. BUT I am using a USB dongle, to turn off, I simply plug out the dongle. You have internal bluetooth module, I have no idea how to turn that off!
