Okie, I have mainboard Gigabyte GA-8IK1100 (875P - ICH5R) and the sound: Realtek AC'97 ALC658 (5.1). After installed Jas 10.4.8 DVD + Jas 10.4.9 Combo Update, I got the sound work, no need to edit any kext!

But I have only 2.0 stereo work only! I try to set it up to 5.1 in Audio MIDI Setup but no luck also! I still hear only sound on left and right speakers! I used VLC player as well but the result is the same!

Do U know any solution for my case?
Edit some value in Audio kext? or any patch?

Please give me some ideas
