Worked with 10.4.7, works with 10.4.9 JAS SSE3 combo update.
Only had minor issue with the USB after installing the update, my USB mouse and keyboard was not working. Solved it by connecting PS/2 keyboard of roomate, and using a USB2PS2 adapter for mouse. Then I downloaded the Intel USB log binary from Apple Developer, and installed the no-log version. USB worked after that.

I also have an ASUS 7600GT dual DVI, which fully worked after I installed Diabolik's 10.4.9 NVidia drivers (garbled screen here), and on top of that Natit UNI 1.0.

Previousely I had a Creative SB128 PCI, which was working for ~5secs of audio playback, after that got garbled sound. I had to remove the SB since I could not solve this issue. Now I'm stuck with crappy onboard ICH7/ALC882 which only works with AppleAzalia.kext, but there is no input. Also, with VLC the sound is a bit pitch shifted. Now I'm looking for AppleHDA solution which works with 10.4.9 kernel 8.9.1

I've tried it, but unfortunately didn't work. Currently I don't know what's the cause of it.

Are you sure you used the patcher correctly? So far it's worked on all p5ld2 -xx 882 boards.
