I'm aiming to use vmware, but i'm happy to dual boot. I know how to but i'm just curious as to which distro to use for my setup, or which ones you have used with similar p
spec.
Here's my spec:

AMD Athlon 2 x4 (Quad Core)
1 TB HardDrive (SATA-3g)
4GB RAM (DDR3)
Windows 7 (Home Premium)
ATI Radeon HD5450 1GB Graphics Card

Also do I have to change my SATA or something due to the AMD processor? If so how do I do it? I cannot find it in bios.
