wow, that is a really nice case! I've seen less nice cases for more money, so great deal. Probably one of the things that made you want it is its similarity to the Mac Pro tower case (aluminum, basically same since G5 came out) internally. It is a great air flow design.
I have the P6T Deluxe v2, and am going to be trying a Snow Leopard retail build soon. My setup is otherwise very similar to yours. I have SLI 9600GTs and a RAID0 with 3 500GB drives.
I've been playing around with hackint0shs for about a week or so and have built one out of a Dell Dimension 3000 (P4, no HT), an HP dc7600 (almost same as Dell, but has SATA and HT), and an ASUS EeePC 1000HE. I was able to get all running 10.5.8, but all have one issue or another. Mostly what this did was give me confidence, and the desire to put it on a REAL machine so I can fully enjoy the OS and awesome Mac applications.
Let me know how it goes with your build. I'll post my results when I get mine started.
BTW, I have a nice (but much simpler) Lian-Li black brushed aluminum case... it is nice, but not as nice as yours!
