Default Is this a good hackintosh?

    http://secure.newegg.com/WishList/Pu...Number=8590205
1: GIGABYTE GA-EP45-DS3L LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX Intel Motherboard
    2: SAMSUNG SpinPoint T Series HD501LJ 500GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive
    3: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 Kentsfield 2.4GHz LGA 775 Quad-Core Processor Model BX80562Q6600
    4: Kingston 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model KVR800D2K2/4GR
    5: EVGA 01G-P3-N945-LR GeForce 9400 GT 1GB 128-bit GDDR2 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card

I plan on dualbooting, I'd like the simplest most elegant solution, I don't know what that is though (boot123? no idea). I want everything to work, although onboard video isn't a big deal if the nvidia is working.

If you have any component suggestion instead of something I have just give me the link to newegg. I'm planning on installing off a usb drive but I can borrow a cd drive for a bit to install if I have to, if that is the case let me know.

    thanks in advance!

Awesome thanks for looking at it for me. I looked at the OSX86 HCL and couldnt find the geforce 9400 will it be a problem to get working? (the vid card in question: EVGA 01G-P3-N945-LR GeForce 9400 GT 1GB 128-bit GDDR2 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card)

ps: nice blog you've got there, my spanish is iberian but I understood everything on the first page except some part about neighbors playing annoying music (which I think I got the jist of)

EDIT: I recently found a dell vostro 200 for 350 bucks with a 19" monitor included (specs: C2D 2.4, vista, 3gigs ram, 16x DVD+/-RW, 160 gig hd, onboard video (I'd buy a graphics card after), integrated 7.1) This seems like a really good deal, considering that my rig with a (admittedly better) quad core, 500gig hd, 4gigs ram, nvidia 9400, case, mb, psu, and no monitor or cd rom drive costs around $550

point: Is hackintosh workable on the dell vostro 200? @350 w/ a monitor it's too good a deal too pass up.

thanks for helping me out. Now that I've got all my hardware what do you think would be the easiest way to dualboot Vista and OS X(on one hard drive).

Install vista, in the installation make 2 partition one for vista, one for OSX. Then Install OSX, after installation you'll lose vista bootloader, dont panic, just insert vista dvd again and repair the bootloader, is really quick, once in vista follow the FAQ in my signature to dual boot vista/osx good luck

oh shit, thats awesome. For some reason I thought osx had to be the first on the drive and stuff.

Which should i use? Boot 123 or kallway or whatnot, this is my first time ever using/attempting to install OSX.

If your need you better try to get a distro, there guides for your mobo, is pretty popular, so you wont have any problem getting a guide or how to solve any issue with that mobo, so get a distro like iatkos v5i or iPC 10.5.6, and good luck, after sometime or if you good reader you can try 132 right away
