About LinkBacksVGear VX6 or other camera using the same chips is claimed supported by MACOS. They do have driver and which is a universal binary. But it doesn't work on my MacBook Pro as well as all my 3 hackintosh.
They have the same problem that audio does not work if there are any video on.
The vendor has confirmed this problem and no work around is available.

Working Webcams
There's an opensource driver out there for many webcams. My Philips SPC900NC worked out of the box with it, but it looks like that your cam isn't supported
