⌥ - Option - Alt key (on USB keyboard) / Windows key (on PS2 keyboard)
⇧ - Shift - Both Shift keys
⌘ - Command - Windows key (on USB keyboard) / Alt key (on PS2 keyboard)
⌫ - Backspace - Backspace key

Just to let you know ... on mac
copy = Command + C
paste = Command + V
In finder, to enter a folder press Command + O.
Pressing Enter would let you rename the folder.
