Installing a new fan
Hi Lads,
just got myself a new fan cooler, an Akasa unit "Hi-Performance, Lo-Noise cooler, for Intel LGA 775, Core 2 Quad, Core 2 Duo..." etc.
are there any special precautions/procedures i need to take when installing this in a Hackintosh?? or is it just like normal?
will the fan (or indeed any fan) work fine "out of the box"?
my system is a Dell Inspiron 530 with Intel Core2Quad Q6600, 4Gb RAM, ATI Radeon HD2400 Pro graphics card.
thanks.
