Did some searching and didn't find this problem (or solution).

Have an iMac 2GHz PowerPC G5 with 1.5GB ram running OSX 10.5.8.

The problem is the machine will simply reboot at will. I opened it up, blew it out, plugged directly into the wall still still reboots at will. Can't tell if the reboots are heat caused or what. I think this may be a power supply issue but not sure. If it is, is this something I can replace myself? I feel comfortable building machines (built lots of PCs) but never dug into the guts of a Mac.

Wife says the fan gets loud at times too.

Thoughts?
